The tuna is cleaned with running water. Smoked over coconut fiber coals for 8 hours. Dried by hanging and packed in a vaccum sealed packaging.
Our Smoked Tuna can last for 6 days at room temperature and 12 months in frozen. Our production capacity is 2 tons per month.
